This role supports the delivery of high-quality experiences that align with organizational goals.
The Coordinator plays a hands-on role in planning and delivering events and exceptional catering.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event logistics-such as preparation, setup, execution, pack-down, and transportation-while maintaining clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Food & Beverage Manager - $75k + S The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for running day-to-day hospitality operations with a focus on great service, strong team leadership, and business performance.
This includes managing food and beverage services for both regular operations and events.
The role is hands-on and involves supervising front-of-house teams, helping with event logistics, meeting sales and budget targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
It also includes working with staff, suppliers, and other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Key duties include training and managing staff, creating rosters, managing stock, and keeping service areas clean and presentable.
The role also covers admin tasks like using POS systems, managing event info, handling invoices, and doing financial reports.
Key Requirements: Demonstrated ability to be flexible, to work proactively and cooperatively in a small team, and to build productive working relationships.
Current NSW driving licence and the ability to travel between sites as required.
Responsible Service of Alcohol - maintain a current competency card.
Maintain current First Aid certification.
Act as an Emergency Warden (training provided).
Act as Food Safety Supervisor.
