This is a role for someone who wants to bring their product and technical expertise to a space with lots of opportunity for innovation.A day in the lifeAs a Technical Program Manager at AWS Professional Services, you'll lead complex technical implementations for our enterprise customers while ensuring solution quality through AWS frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, and Global Delivery Framework. Your day involves managing project timelines and risks, conducting technical deep-dives with development teams, and steering architectural decisions. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with project management activities - from running daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to facilitating solution design workshops and architectural reviews. You'll coach customers on product management best practices and enable their independent use of AWS services. Working across customer technical and business functions, you'll drive stakeholder alignment and coordinate with diverse teams to deliver results.
