Technical Lead (Android / iOS) Job Description
NOTE: Gold Coast or Sydney Based
How will I help?
1. Collaborate with team members in a cross-functional team to deliver world-class and high-quality products within the Digital area of the bank
2. Provide expert technical and/or domain expertise to scrum teams, covering all aspects of the system / platform
3. Ensure that applications are developed with consistent maintainable code
4. Apply expert knowledge of systems to inform Architecture and Solution Design optimal design
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications throughout lifecycle and provide technical input to the planning of future application and maintenance requirements
6. Provide technical guidance/coaching/mentoring to other engineers
7. Contribute to growing the next uing mobile talent through our grad and intern Academy
8. Contribute and be an advocate to the wider mobilemunity through participation in mobile guilds for knowledge sharing and learning
9. Lead the diagnosis and resolution ofplex service issues to ensure effective development, maintenance, and support of applications
10. Maintain focus on industry and technical trends to enable evaluation and rmendation of changes to application development, maintenance, and integration

What do I need?
11. 5+ years of experience developing native iOS/ Android apps using Swift or Kotlin
12. End-to-end experience that extends beyond front-end mobile to the back end
13. Hands on experience in application development using Swift and/or Kotlin
14. Solid understanding of security capabilities in native applications
15. Understanding of iOS and Android's networking frameworks.
16. Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills
17. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
18. Experience working with Agile methodology using tools such as Jira/Confluence
Desired Skills
19. Experience in multiple platforms including iOS and Android
20. Understanding of design patterns- MVP/ MVVM / Clean/ Viper architecture
21. Experience in a DevOps - automation, CICD and Cloud
22. Understanding of a financial services operating environment, applications, and products
23. UI and UX design experience
