We are currently seeking a Kitchen Steward to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization. This includes:
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
* Assisting with food preparation and stock rotation.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Providing clean and sanitized equipment for use by culinary staff.
* Handling waste disposal in a safe and efficient manner.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Hand.
* A strong attention to detail and adherence to high hygiene standards.
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
