This role focuses on optimizing hiring processes, enhancing employer branding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-performing candidates in the health and social services sector.Drive effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes to ensure exceptional candidate experience, efficiency of process, and effective management of employer brand in the market.Maintain strong working relationships and engagement with internal stakeholders including senior leaders to plan and coordinate requirements and time frames for talent sourcing and selection activities.Attract and source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing and campaigns, referrals, and targeted partnerships.Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process including reporting on key statistics and metrics with a values-based recruitment approach.About You5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume hiring.Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and building strong talent pipelines.Strong knowledge of behavioral interviewing principles.Hands-on experience with HRIS and recruitment software.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Experience that would be helpful but not required includes:In-house recruitment and/or managing a recruitment function.Experience in the disability, social services, or health sectors.Understanding of the SCHADS Award.Experience with employer branding and EVP strategies.Want to make a real difference in people’s lives?
