Deliver and install printers and MFD's into end user environments in a timely mannerProvide post-sales technical support including diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Multi-Function Devices/PrintersA solid understanding of print connectivity and ability to diagnose IT-related issuesAccurate record keeping of all work completed for each site using in-house systems.Completing job workflow requirementsOn-site break-fix and preventative maintenance service of office equipmentAbout You
To be successful in this role you will require:To be physically fitExperience within the business equipment, photocopier service and repair industry.Technical aptitude / troubleshooting skills & the ability to learn concepts quicklyExcellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to work autonomouslyA solid understanding of print connectivity and ability to diagnose IT-related issues relating to print devicesA working knowledge of Print Management Applications and Software SolutionsExperience working on KYOCERA, OKI, Brother products will be considered an advantage but not essentialA Restricted Electrical Licence is desirableKnowledge of JIM2 software desirableWhy Choose Evolve for Employment
