Job Description Overview: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our vibrant creative team, to assist with servicing our divisional portfolio at University Partnerships Australasia as a part of Navitas Pty Ltd. The role will contribute to the seamless execution of creative and visually compelling design solutions that effectively communicate the unique value propositions and messaging of various business units. The role encompasses collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the diverse needs of each business unit, and translating these requirements into visually engaging assets. The aim is to elevate the overall brand presence, maintain consistency across campaigns, and enhance the impact of marketing initiatives, thereby driving engagement and eventually student recruitment. The role involves but is not limited to: Developing visually impactful marketing materials for diverse markets, institutions and products, according to brief and deadlines. This includes the creation of corporate literature, advertisements, signage, sales support materials, promotional content, and presentation materials. Adhering to branding guidelines and upholding the integrity of multiple business units Effective internal and external stakeholder communication. Effective internal studio communication to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications The person we seek will ideally have the following: Formal and/or trade qualifications in graphic design. Ability to work in a Mac environment. In depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software. Creative and conceptual flair with a positive enthusiasm for graphic design technique and process. Thorough attention to detail across multiple jobs. An ability to work well autonomously and within a team. Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external teams. Firm understanding of printing and electronic publishing processes. Firm understanding of digital and website design processes. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
