This role involves providing Level 1/2 IT support across software (primarily Microsoft) and hardware.The role is based in Sydney but will be supporting multiple office sites.Role Overview:You will deliver technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain IT systems across various healthcare sites. The role requires travel within a designated area, so you must be self-driven, able to work independently, and manage your time efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft software (e.g., Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware issues.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, printers, and medical equipment.Assist with basic networking tasks such as configuring routers, managing IP addresses, and diagnosing connectivity issues.Perform system updates, software installations, and hardware configurations.Travel to multiple healthcare sites and ensure timely support.Work independently.Requirements:Experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware.Basic networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, router configuration).Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.Full, clean driving license.
