Role includes • First point of contact for all sales enquiries from potential or existing customers • Be the voice that represents to our customer that being there for them, is our number one priority • Providing TravelCard’s insurance products to travellers, binding policies and growing our customer database • Promoting the company ethos by providing an exceptional customer experience and adhering to TravelCard’s values • Conducting medical screening for new & existing clients with the assistance of the Medical Assessors (full training provided) • Working as part of a high functioning and multi-skilled team • Ensuring excellence in customer experience including timeliness of responses • be prepared to undertake and successfully complete all training What we are looking for 1. 1 Years previous experience as a phone sales contact centre agent (or professional transferrable sales experience – working towards KPI’s) 2. Proven track record of reaching and maintaining KPI’s 3. Someone who is passionate about sales and thrives on making the customer happy 4. Very strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills 5. A friendly and supportive person who can ‘walk in our customer's shoes' 6. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while communicating with customers 7. Analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure 8.
