Kick-start a career in Aquatics by becoming a YMCA Lifeguard, challenging and rewarding role guarding the livelihood of strong communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise pools and surrounding areas as part of a responsible and approachable team.
* Uphold high standards of care and safety to ensure swimmers have fun, stay active, and gain confidence in the water.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated and customer service-focused individual with excellent communication and observation skills.
* Able to keep calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates, pool lifeguard licence, and previous experience in an aquatic facility (desirable).
