About the Role
We are on the search for a Depot Coordinator to join our tight-knit team based in Port Hedland. This is a full-time or part-time position with travel and accommodation allowances for the right person and a generous salary package.
In this role, you will play an active part in supporting the sales and operations of our Pilbara business strategy at the Port Hedland depot. This involves branch planning, counter sales, quotations, warehousing, and assisting with rental services and paint distribution. Additional responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring compliance with company policies and values.
* Process customer orders accurately.
* Prepare quotations and sales orders as required.
* Address customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Support efforts to maintain and grow customer sales.
* Help prepare sales revenue and GP forecasts for the West Australian business.
* Support the management of inbound and outbound products and orders to maintain an efficient process.
* Contribute to achieving warehouse KPIs.
* Coordinate stock transfers from other BlastOne locations.
* Receive and dispatch stock efficiently.
* Assist with cyclic stocktakes.
* Perform forklift loading and unloading as needed.
* Assist with operational logistics, including rental fleet maintenance.
* Ensure adherence to WHS standards across all operations.
* Prepare paint for commercial applications, including tinting and dispatching.
About You
* Minimum 2 years professional experience. Retail or B2B industry experience will be highly regarded.
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Ability to develop and drive depot improvements and efficiencies.
* Experience with CRM systems such as SAP and Oracle are desirable.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Current Australian Driver’s License.
* Experience operating a forklift and holding a valid Forklift License is highly desirable.
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
