The Position: Providing customer service and administrative support to the site team, your responsibilities will include: Professionally meet and greet customers and stakeholders who visit the site, delivering a high standard of customer service.Answer all incoming telephone calls in a timely manner, providing current and accurate information to callers, referring matters where appropriate.Follow up customer enquiries and assist with customer registration processes across all programs within the region.Maintain knowledge of the STEPS Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Management Systems andthe Australian Qualifications Framework specifications to ensure all administrative processes areconducted in accordance with requirements to achieve individual performance goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the RTO.Maintain positive and productive relationships with all key stakeholders and site team members to deliver seamless customer service.Develop rapport with customers to gain an understanding of their needs and provide the appropriate information and referral.To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Experience in working for a RTO will be highly regarded.Demonstrated success and experience in a customer service administrative support role and anunderstanding of issues which impact on customers we support.Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude, willingness to learn, help and support others,strong customer service, attention to detail, time management and high-level administration skills.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high paced working environment where achievement of objectivesand targets are measured.Evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills which can demonstrate the ability to buildeffective relationships in order to deliver administrative support activities, understanding the needs ofall stakeholders.Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and databases, together with accurate typing anddata entry skills.Applicants must have the ability to complete a national police check, hold a current Driver Licence, and Working With Children check.NOTE: Applicants, please include a cover letter expressing your interest, experience, and connection to our work.
