About the roleAs the Commercial Plumbing Foreman at Modplumb Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled plumbers in the delivery of high-quality plumbing services to our commercial clients in the Brisbane area. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office.What you'll be doing Oversee and coordinate the work of a team of plumbers to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.Liaise with clients to understand their plumbing requirements and develop tailored solutions.Prepare detailed job plans and schedules for commercial plumbing projects.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing regulations, safety standards and company policies.Provide hands-on support and guidance to the plumbing team as needed.Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the plumbing team.What we're looking for Extensive experience as a qualified plumber, with at least 3 years of supervisory or foreman-level experience in the commercial plumbing sector.Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and lead a team.Thorough understanding of relevant plumbing regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.What we offerAt Modplumb Solutions, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
