About your new job :
Supporting the Credit Team, your responsibilities will include :
* Collection calls of overdue accounts
* Handling and resolving customer inquiries
* Issuing invoices and sending follow-up emails
* Organising payment plans where required
* Allocation of payments
* Processing credit claims
* Bank and debtor reconciliations
* Ad-hoc tasks as required
About you :
* Previous background in Credit / Collections / Accounts receivable
* Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
* Previous experience in a product-based busy environment
* Knowledge of large ERP systems and good Excel
