The Role Manea SC is seeking a committed Student Support Coordinator to join our Student Services Team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who share the same moral purpose of wanting to make a significant difference to the lives of our students. This role would be ideally suited to a Youth Worker or Social Worker with experience in counselling and supporting teenagers and young adults. The Student Support Coordinator will have a holistic view of student welfare encompassing social and emotional wellbeing, academic performance, and attendance. An integral part of this position will be to provide a support service to senior students that will include individual counselling, case management, targeted group workshops and involvement in whole of college events management. The role will support the College focus areas of working collaboratively with external agencies and local schools, as well as utilising student information to develop initiatives to support a range of student outcomes.
