Minimum requirement for this position; it is essential you have at least two (2) years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent, working across a broad range of Australian visa types.

Main duties will include:
* Provide migration advice and assistance
* Ensure files are managed appropriately
* Draft submissions for applications and appeals
* Keep file notes and evidence on files
* Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
* Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
The successful candidate must possess the following:
* Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service
* Migration Agent experience (2 + years)
* Experience working with migrants
* Very good skills in database management and software programs, including program functionalities, processes and procedures
* Strong knowledge of all visa types and eligibility
* Active MARA Registration
* Ability to form strong working relationships with clients
* Exceptional ability to work harmoniously with team members
* Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and the wider-Group
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to manage and meet deadlines
* Maintain a high quality of work
* Highly motivated and target driven
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
