About the opportunity The PMO Manager role sits within our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). EPMO is responsible for building, developing and leading delivery activity across Steadfast to drive consistent project management practices, governance, and methodologies. This role is an integral part of our centre of excellence for project governance, oversight, and support, ensuring the successful delivery of enterpise projects. This includes facilitating collaborating, providing governance frameworks, managing documentation, and delivering impactful tools and reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions. The PMO Manager is pivotal to the success of the EPMO and is responsible for building, developing and leading consistent project management practices, governance, and methodologies across the organisation. This opportunity is a 6-month fixed term assignment. Responsibilities Standardise project management and implement project management best practices. Develop and implement governance frameworks. Streamline processes to make our program management and project management more efficient. Establish and maintain clear reporting structures, approval processes, and accountability. Maintain a centralized repository for project documents, ensuring accessibility and version control. Work with key stakeholders to educate teams on the value and services offered by the PMO. Skills and Knowledge 10 years of experience in a PMO role within project operations or a complex multi-project environment. Qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline with relevant experience. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Proven track record of leading PMOs. Experience includes implementing project management methodologies, resource management, prioritisation frameworks. E xtensive experience in senior stakeholder management to educate leaders on the value of a PMO. Experience in establishing performance measures, governance reporting and quality assurance standards on projects, programs, and portfolios. Strong understanding of Program management and change management methodologies and frameworks.
