1. Employment Type: Temporary assignment, full time 12 month opportunity
2. Location: Northern NSW, Lismore, Grafton and Tweed Offices with possible flexible working arrangements
3. Salary range $101,947 to $112,849 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

What you’ll do
This role is also responsible for delivering business outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards, duties include:
7. Providing guidance, training and leadership to Client Service Teams
8. Drive change and develop team strategies
9. Manage Key Performance Indicators
10. Providing expert and reliable, rapid advice on relevant operational policies to internal and external stakeholders.
11. Develop strategies to manage workloads and key priorities
What we’re looking for

13. Has excellent problem-solving skills
14. Has experience in writing ministerial correspondence
15. Is an effective communicator and has the capacity to understand, apply and explain detailed specialist knowledge to a range of stakeholders.

18. Has strategies to develop good customer service delivery
19. Can develop new ideas or strategies in teams
20. Experience in a leadership role
