In these spoke sites, local Justice Health NSW clinicians will collaborate with a broader MDT based at the metropolitan hub site to provide comprehensive support.The Mental Health Clinician, Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Safeguards role requires community outreach support for young people and families, with the possibility of afterhours and/or weekend work as part of a broader team Safeguards roster. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, strong communication, and collaboration skills to effectively meet the diverse needs of our clients.Essential Requirements: Occupational Therapist: bachelor's or postgraduate degree in occupational therapy and hold general registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia under Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Social Worker: bachelor's or postgraduate degree in social work and hold professional membership or be eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).Psychologist: Minimum of a four-year sequence of accredited undergraduate study in the discipline of psychology and hold general registration with Psychology Board of Australia under Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Highly desirable is approval or eligibility for approval as a Psychology Board of Australia Supervisor.Note: To be appointed as a Level 3 Health Professional, evidence must be provided of three years' clinical experience and demonstrated experience of extensive specialist knowledge or a high level of broad generalist knowledge within the discipline as defined by the award definitions of a Level 3 practitioner.Valid unrestricted Driver Licence for use in NSW and Australia.May require extended hours during the week and on weekend.
