News Corp is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Subscriptions Growth team on a permanent full-time basis.This position plays a pivotal role in the success of the masthead brands (The Australian, Metros, Regionals, TWT) delivering best-in-class campaigns and go-to-market strategies for our subscription business.ResponsibilitiesEnabling our subscription acquisition activity across all channels and platforms including offer set up, shopfronts, creative development, customer journey (makes sense from start to finish), terms and conditions, understanding the product end to end when taking legally compliant campaigns to marketOverseeing offer operations to ensure our offers are available in the correct channels and our sales channels (shopfront and call centre) are activated across all core brandsCall Centre lead for all offer operations and activityLeverage campaign analytics and insights to provide informed customer marketing strategy recommendationsReporting and analysis for all masthead brands and adding insight into future campaign optimisationIdentifying opportunities to optimise campaign performance, process improvements and implementationDriving the experimentation and optimisation framework for our Third-Party (Apple / Google) strategy to improve app store acquisition volume and maintain subscriber engagementManagement of 1 direct reportWho are you?Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar or equivalent experienceStrong both creatively and operationallyAbility to plan ahead, prioritise and multitask within a complex and busy environmentExcellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and think criticallyStrong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsData-driven and problem-solving skills with competency in systems and processesBenefitsNews Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
