Their state-of-the-art winemaking facility handles up to 5,000 tonnes of premium fruit each vintage. The brand boasts a diverse product portfolio and holds a strong position in both domestic and export markets.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Part-Time role of Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing all packaged production runs and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international shipments. This role also provides ad-hoc administrative support to the winemaking and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing stock transfers to ensure accurate and timely movements.
* Organising export registrations & certificates
* Commercial invoice preparation
* Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation
* Coordinating with distributors, chains, and direct orders
* Managing local wholesale logistics
* Assisting in planning and preparing all packaged production runs.
* Helping with packing local wholesale and Wine Club orders as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in logistics coordination, particularly in export logistics
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
* Familiarity with EZY Wines software, beneficial, but not required
* Experience with wine exports, beneficial, but not required
