Are you passionate about supporting families in their journey toward a quality Christian education?Do you have a heart for service, strong organizational skills, and a welcoming personality?Covenant College is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolment Officer to join our dedicated team.As our Enrolment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, playing a vital role in promoting the College and guiding them through the enrolment process.Your role will involve managing applications, organising tours and interviews, assisting families with the information they need and much more.About Covenant Founded in 1979, Covenant College is dedicated to providing genuine Christian education, serving students from Kindergarten through to VCE.The College is located on one campus within the growing suburb of Bell Post Hill in Geelong.With a team of approximately 200 dedicated staff members, we cater to a community of 710 students across the school and an additional 60 in our Kindergarten program.Our Vision Covenant College strives to be a vibrant Christ-Centred community where parents and staff serve in partnership to nurture in each child a passion for learning and an uncompromising desire to live according to God's word.Our Values Christ-centred Partnership Discipleship Community Some Typical Duties include: Handling enquiries from prospective families.Providing information about the school, including important dates, programs, fees, and enrolment processes.Scheduling school tours for prospective parents and students.Receiving and reviewing enrolment applications.Updating and managing student information in the database (including new enrolments, re-enrolments, and withdrawals).Maintaining accurate and confidential student records.Working closely with academic, administration, and finance teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.Communicating with teachers and staff regarding new students.Ensuring enrolments comply with state education regulations, including any reporting obligations to educational authorities.Supporting families through the enrolment acceptance and transition process, including the distribution of welcome packs and orientation materials.Coordinating Open Days, Tours, and Orientation Days. About You: Are a committed Christian/practicing member of an evangelical/reformed church.Display a firm commitment to a Christian Worldview and the outworking of that within the College setting.Model a lifestyle that reflects Christian practice and beliefs in your everyday work.Understand, model, uphold and support the ethos of the College and its Core Values.Possess outstanding written, oral communication, and organisational skills.Possess highly developed interpersonal skills.Are willing to be a productive member of our team and to work collegially with the other members of the community.Have well-developed ICT skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.Demonstrated experience within an administrative or customer service role in a professional environment.Well developed general office and administrative skills, a proven ability to manage administrative systems with a high attention to detail.
