This role involves supporting clients with complex needs, requiring a high level of skill and sensitivity. As a Support Worker at LAAS, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement. We are specifically looking for staff to fill afternoon/sleepover shifts.Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised support to clients with complex needs in their homes and the community
Assist with personal care and domestic duties
Support clients in achieving their individual goals and aspirations
Promote independence and community participation
Work collaboratively within a small team environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting clients with complex needs
Current Driver's License
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
NDIS Worker Check clearance
COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1, 2, and 3)
