The Construction Supervisor is accountable for delivering project coordination and management to support the delivery of major urban renewal project building and construction programs and the achievement of SA Housing Trust’s (the Trust’s) objectives. The position implements and evaluates urban renewal housing construction, upgrade and preparation for sale projects, ensuring strategic, operational and financial outcomes of major projects are met.
The role is also responsible for conducting site inspections, providing building product advice and practical site feedback to feasibility studies, evaluating tender and contract documentation and managing contracts and agreements, including performance management of contractors and service providers.
Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
* The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver’s Licence, which must be maintained.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 30 June 2026.
Requirements
Desirable - An indentured tradesperson in one of the site building trades, or tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering.
Remuneration
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
