About the Role We're looking for an energetic, connected, and ambitious Sales Promoter to help us grow Neolith's presence in Victoria. Key Responsibilities Relationship Building: Forge and sustain partnerships with architects, design studios, and construction firms, identifying opportunities for Neolith to be their material of choice.Client Engagement: Engage in high-touch client interactions—whether in person, by phone, or over email—to fully understand client needs and guide them through our offerings.Brand Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials that capture Neolith's unique qualities and resonate with the high-end design community.Customer Support Excellence: Ensure a seamless experience for clients from their first interaction to after-sales support, establishing Neolith as a trusted partner.Travel Across Victoria: Represent Neolith across Melbourne and greater Victoria, building brand visibility and forging meaningful connections across the region. Who You Are Minimum of 1 year in sales, with a record of proven success.Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A network of connections within the A&D community is highly valued.
