Our Service Technician's positively contribute to the success of the Branch by installing manufactured products in a safe and timely manner, providing great customer service at install, and actively working to maintain great customer service at all times.Monday to Friday | 38 hours per weekWhen you open a Bradnam's Door, you'll benefit from:Great hourly rates + Superannuation + 17.5% Annual Leave Loading, during periods of annual leavePaid OvertimeJob Security with a family companyOpportunities for development and career growth within Bradnam's Group nationallyFree onsite parkingService Technicians will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:Interpreting work plans and paperwork, measuring and installing Bradnam's products for customers on a variety of different work sites;Conduct site assessments and rectify any issues with products where necessary;Communicate with customers regarding the service and install of their products;Glazing of glass products;Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment;Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and proceduresSkills & Experience:You will need a valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category;You will hold a Construction White Card;Have previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools;Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;About Us:Bradnam's Windows and Doors is a Family-owned Australian Window & Door Manufacturer, operating for 47 years.
