Leading the People & Culture Team in WA, this role will drive a safe and diverse culture that nurtures, rewards & recognizes our talent, and supports the acquisition and retention of our valued employees.
The key areas of responsibility for the P&C Manager in WA are:
* Developing and executing the People, Culture and Engagement plans within the State to drive a positive high-performance culture.
* Leading the safety and wellness initiatives across the state and keeping abreast of any State specific safety legislation and best practice to improve processes and minimise injury.
* Mediate and support any Employee Relations / Industrial Relations issues.
* Coach and support line managers as required in relation to Employee Relations / Industrial Relations issues.
* Leading Succession planning and workforce planning within the State.
* Supporting Recognition, Engagement, and Retention programs and activities within the State.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the State.
* Executing Training programs within the State.
* Strategic Business Partnering with the General Manager for WA.
We are seeking an applicant who has:
* A passion for all things People; developing a dynamic workforce, ER/IR & Safety experience.
* Leadership capability to lead and develop a team of 4 including a P&C Advisor and Training Coaches.
* People & Culture experience within a large scale workforce.
