Provide support to Finance Manager and business leaders. Analyse and advise on financial performance of projects About the Company: A family owned business with projects in retail, education, hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors. They offer a wide range of construction services across all sectors. About the Role: You will work alongside Accounts Payable and Payroll, and report to the Financial Controller. This is a part-time position for 30 hours per week, which could be 4 full days or 5 shorter days - flexible to suit your schedule. Responsibilities: Prepare weekly cash flow reports Conduct monthly bank reconciliations Process various journal entries, including but not limited to: Maintain monthly cash flow for multiple funds Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions Review and resolve outstanding items in CheopsWeb Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review Perform general ledger reconciliations (monthly and quarterly) Compile and submit BAS and PAYGI reports Prepare financial year-end workpapers and tax return workpapers Skills Required: Leadership and team-building capabilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP System CHEOPS is preferred but not essential Bachelor of Business/Commerce Degree (or equivalent) To be considered for this role, please submit your resume for review via the advertisement.
