We’re currently looking for a passionate and driven Customer Experience Specialist to support the continued growth and impact of The Mazda Mindset — our signature Customer Experience (CX) program that connects our people, our Dealers, and our customers through shared values and exceptional service.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Researching and reporting on emerging customer experience (CX) trends to enhance the Mazda journey
* Creating and distributing engaging huddle templates and CX resources to inspire Dealer and internal teams
* Collaborating with HR and L&D to integrate Mazda Mindset principles into training, onboarding, and recognition programs
* Assisting in the design and delivery of events, workshops, and training sessions, including content development
* Monitoring program KPIs and providing regular insights to the Senior Manager, Mazda Mindset
* Managing program data and reporting tools, including industry surveys and Customer Satisfaction Survey insights
* Encouraging Dealer participation through ongoing engagement, support, and recognition initiatives
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and genuinely excited about shaping world-class customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
* 3+ years’ experience in a CX, marketing, communications, or program coordination role
* A passion for customer experience and/or the automotive industry
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across the business
