Practice Manager – PMO
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you’ll work 3 days in the office, 2 days a week from home. This role can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

As a PMO Practice Manager with Insight, you’ll ensure that all projects and engagements delivered by Insight Solutions in the ANZ region are to a standard that meets or exceeds the expectations of the various stakeholders. We’ll count on you to manage a team that will consist of Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Test Leads and Test Analysts and contractors and may be a mix of on and offshore resourcing.

Leadership: The management for this role is Raymond Boyd – Director of Operations - APAC - Ray is based in Perth and leads the operations function within our Solutions business. Ray is passionate about fostering team spirit and enabling team members to reach their potential through learning and development.
As a PMO Practice Manager, you’ll get to:
* Set standards for how projects are to be run, including a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing projects
* Ensure that these agreed practices’ standards are followed through personal delivery and the management of other Project Managers
* Collaborate with the Practice Managers to ensure the end-to-end process from SOW to project closure is optimized to deliver customer outcomes and improve profitability for Insight
* Gathering and preparation of project data and reports for management to review
* Maintaining the PMO resource schedule and PM Managed Project’s Resource schedule for up-to-date accurate activity reporting and coordination
* Work with Global counterparts to create alignment where practical of Project Management or Testing process.
* Escalation point for project issues as identified by Project Managers or other Insight teammates that impact overall Insight delivery.
* Presales activities to support the creation of proposals and statements of works in the ANZ Region including Project Frameworks and Methodology, Testing and Planning
* Own and manage the Business Units P&L

We’re looking for a PMO Practice Manager with:
* Ability to build solid relationships across cultures and various stakeholders, internal and external
* Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation are essential.
* Ability to interface effectively with teammates in a professional and business-like manner is a must.
* Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, or teammates
