They have an amazing super clinic in the local area which delivers essential healthcare services to approximately 3,000 families, men, women and children each year.The Exciting Opportunity:The Midwife enhances health outcomes for Aboriginal families through culturally sensitive care. The Child and Maternal Health Service partners with WA Health and community services. You will be responsible for:Deliver evidence-based nursing and midwifery care to reduce pregnancy risk factors, including prematurity and low birth weight.Provide clinical monitoring, referrals, and support for mental health and substance use, fostering relationships with Aboriginal community organizations.Ensure continuity of care with postnatal support, family planning education, and coordinated transitions to child health services.Criteria to be considered:Consent to undergo a Working with Children Check and a National Police Certificate.
