You’ll lead new business initiatives, design custom solutions and manage client relationships on a high-growth scale. What you’ll be doing Client aquisition & relationship building : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Victoria and beyond, understanding their needs to craft tailored solutions. Custom solution design : Develop solutions that align with client goals, incorporating technology, hardware, and layout considerations. Full Sales lifecycle management : Lead the process from initial engagement and proposal development to closing and ongoing client support. Market & Product knowledge : Stay informed on market trends, product advancements, and industry-specific terminology to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. What you’ll bring to the team Proven track record in Sales, ideally with exposure to technology or hardware. Skilled at delivering impactful presentations that address client pain points and operational needs. Ability to understand basic networking, site layouts and cabling requirements. High level of independence and motivation, with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritise key client engagements. Why this team, right now?
