The NTFRS plays a major part in ensuring the safety of all Territorians by attending a wide range of incidents such as road accidents, chemical spills, industrial accidents, structure fires, grass and bush fires, as well as investigating the cause of fire and conducting building and plan inspections and educating the public about the importance of fire prevention and fire safety.
