**Customer Service Role with the Local Community**
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team and contribute to Westpac's strategic purpose of creating better futures together.
The role involves efficiently processing customer transactions, providing seamless service, and identifying opportunities to help customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person.

You may not have banking experience, but that's okay; we can teach you the banking side of the role.
