Drive Sustainable ARR Growth as Head of Revenue at Zeligate
Job title: Head of Revenue
Zeligate is seeking a dynamic Head of Revenue to lead our growth initiatives and drive sustainable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and scaling our revenue operations.
As the Head of Revenue at Zeligate, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve our ARR targets, improve sales performance, and enhance our market position. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our revenue generation processes and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
Lead and optimise sales processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
Enhance digital marketing efforts and leverage community engagement for growth
Expand distribution partnerships and explore enterprise opportunities
Align sales approach with Metrics That Matter (MTMs) across the customer journey
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to inform strategy and tactics
Collaborate with product and customer success teams to drive user adoption and retention
Develop and manage revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy and accountability
Qualifications:
Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B SaaS environments
Experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
Expertise in digital marketing, partner management, and enterprise sales
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term sustainable growth
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of ARR targets
Improvement in key metrics: conversion rates, ARPA, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Successful implementation of GTM strategies
Growth in partnerships and distribution channels
