This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to one or two Executive Managers (Senior Executive Service Band 1). As the Executive Assistant, you will be an important part of a high-calibre, multi-disciplinary team working in a collaborative, curious, and outcomes-focused workplace. You will deliver the highest standard of executive and administrative support, acting as a key contact and representative for the Branch and/or Division you work with.In this role you will:Provide efficient and proactive executive support services through diary management, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and high-level organisational support.Actively manage workflows to prioritise submissions and briefings, meetings and correspondence, including monitoring and tracking incoming documents, ensuring correspondence is triaged and actioned to meet timeframes.Coordinate and prepare briefing packs and materials for meetings, consultation forums, and events as required.Undertake other administrative activities to contribute to branch activities.Arrange and manage acquittal of travel arrangements.Prepare correspondence, coordinate briefings, and manage office systems and records using information management systems.Assess competing priorities and propose recommendations and process improvements.Support the broader branch management team and ACMA executive support team as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
