Eating Disorder Allied Health Clinician Position: Dietitian / Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a skilled individual who meets the following criteria:
* Holds accreditation as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 12 months working with clients experiencing eating disorders
* Demonstrates a strong passion for and prior training in supporting individuals with eating disorders, using a non-diet, HAES, and trauma-informed perspective
* Possesses in-depth knowledge of eating disorder presentations and evidence-based treatment frameworks
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate, empathetic care
* Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Confident and experienced in coordinating care with external providers to support client outcomes
* Is aligned with Tidal Health's core values
Additional Criteria:
* Holds or is willing to obtain an ABN and appropriate insurances (professional indemnity and public liability)
* Medicare provider number (or eligible to apply)
Preference will be given to applicants who have attained the Eating Disorder Credential with the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders.
Please note that this position is NOT suitable for new graduates due to the specialized and complex needs of our client group.
