About the role
Due to continued growth and investment, we require a permanent full time CNC Senior Machinist with programming and setting experience, that is enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.

· Setting of CNC lathes - experience with Doosan lathes and Fanuc Controllers preferred
· Knowledge and experience with tooling use, tolerances and replacement cycles would be a distinct advantage
· Management of staff to facilitate setups including working with and supervising other members as and when required
· Ability to produce quality parts whilst maintaining production efficiencies and workplace safety.
· Ability to work towards goals and targets ensuring output targets are met
· Working with production manager to ensure schedules and workflows are maintained
· A solution focused outlook to new and creative customer orders and designs
· Quality assurance of machine setting and production performed by other skilled technicians.
· Willingness to share creative concepts, ideas, setting/tooling methodology within the team
· Positive 'can do' attitude with reliable employment history.
