As such they are seeking an experience Payroll Officer to join their Payroll team. With a reputation for quality and an international footprint, they have enjoyed a strong market position for many years. ABOUT THE ROLE: The role of Payroll Officer is a key member of Staff, responsible for the provision of proactive, accurate and timely payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. Through best practice payroll processing and customer service the role will support employees and managers in relation to reporting, Enterprise Agreements and Awards. DUTIES: Accountable for the fortnightly and monthly payroll activities across the business. Responsible for the analysis of pay rates, job grading across the applicable industrial instruments and within the current market. Liaise with Managers to ensure appropriate employee records are maintained and accessible ensuring compliance to regulation and company policy. Identify process improvement opportunities and document all payroll processes to ensure standard, accurate and consistent practice. Support the payroll and time and attendance program of work and participate as a project team member. SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE: To be considered for this role you will have previous Payroll experience within a high-volume environment. Have the ability to manage systems requirements and document process, to drive process improvement and automation.
