Start date: Immediate The role: My client is looking to appoint someone who is proactive and highly organised to support the Bid Manager.
This is a busy role and will suit someone who can keep calm under pressure, whilst juggling multiple tasks.
Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards Coordinate and maintain marketing materials Maintain databases and libraries Assist in writing project profiles Interpret briefs and draft responses Manage the template library Engage key stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner Assist in the continuous improvement of templates, marketing material and collateral.
