Baker Bleu is seeking to hire a full-time Qualified Chef to work within its Caulfield North bakery.
Pastry skills are a must for this role as you will be responsible for the production, proving, baking, and garnishing of a range of pastry products and baked goods.

About the Role: This role is a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be a qualified chef - a pastry qualification isn't a requirement; however, previous experience working with pastry is a must.
You will be responsible for the production, proofing, baking, and garnishing of a range of pastry items and baked goods, in addition to a range of savory items including sandwiches and sourdough pizza.
