Responsibilities:
* Manage all administrative functions to support smooth operations at the mining site.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel.
* Assist with payroll processing, timesheet management, and expense claims.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
* Support procurement activities by processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
* Provide administrative support to site managers and supervisors as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in the mining or construction industry.
* SAP experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with administrative systems and software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
