Maintenance Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with Delta FM as we are expanding our trades and subcontractor business in Southeast Queensland and future expansion nationally to support our existing Defence, Department of Education, and Industry contracts. This position will manage the Delta trades teams and provide strong subcontractor management and support to all the sites within our business. Development and participation in future projects will be a key requirement for this position, including being a key stakeholder in Delta FM lead projects.
The Position:
Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level.
Manage planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables to ensure completion within compliance, contract, and KPI timeframes.
Work safely and efficiently to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, subcontractors, and the client to ensure high-quality maintenance planning.
Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to foster a sustainable safety culture.
The Person:
Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance, Trade management, and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
Asset Management experience.
Facilities Management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and management of both permanent and casual workforces.
