At Shorty’s Liquor, we are a passionate and dynamic team of hospitality experts, client advocates, digital marketers and delivery drivers who push the envelope for our clients every day. We provide an unrivalled local and international range of corporate beverage, event and gifting solutions to companies all across Australia.
The Customer Service Executive will provide support to all Shorty’s business functions to ensure delivery of a positive outcome for our customers.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect in the role:
Customer Service
4. Answer incoming calls, emails and live chat enquiries for Shorty’s Liquor, and Gifting Hubs
5. Identify and resolve customer issues/concerns promptly
6. Deliver a high level of customer service both internally and externally
7. Ensure communication is appropriate, clear and covers all necessary information
8. Actively promote a positive and supportive culture within the business
9. Maintain a friendly and positive phone manner
10. Assist with live chat management and after sales support for Shorty’s Liquor and Gifting Hubs
11. Order processing with accuracy and in a timely manner
12. Build rapport and manage simple queries with non-managed customers(example Gold customers) providing them with ordering processing, quotes and product advice as required.
13. Sense of Urgency – Immediate updates of important customer information
14. Advise purchasing immediately of out of stocks, delivery, or new product requests
Marketing and Product Support
15. Stay across new product trends and actively communicate to the business
16. Assist with content uploads
17. Support with purchasing administration

18. Previous customer service experience, preferably within the beverage industry
19. Customer centric attitude
20. Work well with people
21. Excellent attention to detail
22. Product and industry knowledge would be advantageous
