The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than 600,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. For many Australians, this will be the first time they receive the disability support they need. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability.New opportunities awaitThe NDIA is seeking EL2 Directors in the Market Innovation Branch to drive innovative market approaches and long-term strategies to improve participant outcomes and sector capability. It uses evidence to design, develop and implement innovative market solutions. It leads approaches to assistive technology, participant employment capacity building, social and community participation, and priority market initiatives.EL2 Director Innovation Priority Projects – designing and testing market innovation priority projectsEL2 Director Assistive Technology Markets – leading the strategic and developmental work to influence policy, systems and service delivery which enable participant access to assistive technology.Please refer to the relevant Position Descriptions for further information on these roles.Where you can add valueYou will be leading a team to identify and solve complex market problems.
