The opportunity
An opportunity is currently available for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. As an HR professional, you will provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and staff across the university, driving people initiatives that align with our goals and values. You’ll work closely with leadership teams to manage and support effective change, foster a positive culture, enhance performance, and address employee relations, ensuring we maintain a high-performing and supportive workplace. Your expertise will be vital in shaping the future of the university and the success of our people.
As a Human Resources professional, you will be comfortable in providing valuable insights, underpinned by risk mitigated advice and solutions across a wide range of people-related matters. Supported by specialist People Portfolio teams that include Workplace Relations, Payroll, People Services, Organisational Development, and Talent, Senior People Partners collaborate in connecting the people needs of the University to deliver robust people and strategic-related outcomes.

Salary: Total remuneration range $149,914 to $158,607 pa (includes salary range of $126,670 to $134,016 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17% of salary and 17.5% annual leave loading)
