About the role:
Cleanaway’s VIC Solids team is looking for a Manager Network Performance to evaluate, improve, and enhance collection services across Victoria. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data analysis, route planning, and influencing positive change across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and optimise routes for front lift, rear lift, and hook trucks (100+ trucks across VIC)
* Collaborate with the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities & Threats) team to enhance branch efficiencies
* Influence branch managers and supervisors to implement changes through demonstrating the scoping values of initiatives
* Support tenders by assessing network capabilities (trucks, volumes)
* Make informed recommendations to improve operations
* Travel required across Victoria to engage with various team members.
About You:
* Strong logistics or transport background with expertise in managing large fleets
* Proven track record in route optimisation, ensuring maximum efficiency and service delivery
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills to work across multiple levels, from branch managers to GMs
* A curious mindset with the technical capability to analyse routes, propose improvements, and present recommendations
* Experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving in logistics
* Ability to travel across VIC and work closely with teams to implement operational changes
