Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of contract administration for multi-million dollar builds. Assist with cost planning, budget tracking, and procurement processes. Administer variations, extensions of time, and claims. Ensure full compliance with contract terms, legal standards, and project frameworks. Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to meet key milestones. Build positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement in contract procedures and reporting. Provide guidance to junior team members where required. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar. Solid experience in commercial and government project contracts administration. High attention to detail and financial acumen. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with estimating or cost planning is highly regarded.
