How will I help?
As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and design of technical solutions, primarily supporting the Human Capital Management transformation program within Oracle Cloud.
Your role epasses providing expert technical and HR domain expertise, delivering high-level and detailed functional and technical solutions to business requirements, and applying expert knowledge of systems for optimal design. You will ensure the development of maintainable code that supports risk andpliance management, work across various projects and applications, and provide application asset lifecycle management advice.
Your responsibilities also include leading the resolution ofplex service issues, collaborating with project team members and vendors,municating Westpac context and business rules to partners, and staying updated with industry and technical trends to rmend changes to application development, maintenance, and integration.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills and personal attributes:
Essential Experience and Skills
4. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM development, support and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration
5. Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including - Absence, T&L and Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting,pensation, Performance
6. Experience in working as a tech lead in a large organization, interacting with multiple teams and systems and managing system integrations.
7. Experience in end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules.
8. Experience in providing system support and problem solving inplex environments, involving activities like problem isolation, triage, RCA and remediation working across several teams
Highly Regarded Experience
9. Good understanding and hands on knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI and BIP reports.
10. Experience with REST APIs.
11. Knowledge of Mobile technologies will be an advantage.
12. Experience in Java will be an advantage.
13. Experience in test automation and Selenium Framework will be advantage
14. Prior experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite will be highly valued
