About the CompanyMultinational organisation with a proven commitment to the Australian market.About the role:We are seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler / Cost Controller to support the successful delivery of a major solar-plus-storage development.This role will play a key part in ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting, working closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks to optimise project timelines.Track progress and update schedules to reflect actual site conditions.Establish and maintain cost control processes to track project expenditures.Develop cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.Work with procurement teams to track contract costs and variations.Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks.Provide regular progress reports, cost analysis, and schedule updates.Support project managers in presenting key data to senior management and external stakeholders.Ensure all planning and cost-related documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost management software.Strong analytical skills with experience in earned value management (EVM).Understanding of Australian energy market regulations and large-scale renewable projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with solar, battery storage, or power generation projects is a plus.
